Q. Who can become a JIAN Affiliate Team Member?
A. Everyone is welcome, unless they are promoting from a site that contains any prohibited content. Specific info can found on our approval criteria page. Please read the Affiliate Agreement for additional information

Q. How much does it cost to become a JIAN Affiliate Team Member?
A. JIAN offers its affiliate team members open enrollment, so it is absolutely FREE for you to sign up and begin generating revenue for your site.


Q. What can I promote as a JIAN Affiliate Team Member?
A. As a JIAN Affiliate Team Member, you can promote any of the products found in our affiliate program. Use our highly responsive marketing materials and watch the money roll in faster than you can imagine.

Q. What if I have more than one site?
A. You can place JIAN links, articles, ads and/or banners on as many of your pages as you prefer. It's up to you!

Q. What are my responsibilities as a JIAN Affiliate Team Member?
A. Your primary responsibility is to keep in touch! You should also be sure to read and adhere to the JIAN affiliate program Affiliate Agreement. Check your email often, and check your personal JIAN affiliate control panel for product updates and the latest ads and tools for your site. Keeping up with the changes in the program lets us help you make money!

Q. Is JIAN affiliate program open to affiliates worldwide?
A. Yes, JIAN currently has subscribers from more than 80 different countries and we welcome them into our affiliate program. Commissions due affiliates outside the U.S. will be paid through PayPal only. But signing up for PayPal is free and easy. Go to https://www.paypal.com to open an account today. Then when you apply for JIAN affiliate program, select the payment by PayPal option to ensure you start receiving your commissions right away. Also, please note that commissions are paid in U.S. dollars.

Q. How does JIAN Affiliate program work?
A. JIAN provides a transaction-based performance network; you as the affiliate earn commissions based on transactions that are initiated by visitors who move through the ads, banners, or links on your site. Transactions include the purchase of any item from JIAN product line.

Q. How much will I be paid?
A. You'll be paid a commission based on what products you sold and the quantities purchased. Specific commissions and payouts can be found on the Affiliate Agreement or in your affiliate control panel.

Q. How and when will I be paid?
A. Get started now and get paid as soon as the beginning of the next month. You can choose to be paid via PayPal or by Check (for U.S. affiliates). Commissions are paid the first week of the month for sales made in the preceding month.

Q. Do I get credit for subsequent orders? How much?
A. Yes. When a sale comes in with your affiliate ID the customer now belongs to you in our database. If this customer comes back and orders another product, you will get full credit for the subsequent sale. You will be paid the specified commission for the product ordered. This information can be found on the Affiliate Agreement of our website.

Q. Will I get credit if a customer orders by Phone?
A. Yes. Please be sure to ask your customers to reference their promo code (your unique affiliate ID), when ordering by phone so that we may properly credit the sale to you. Your unique affiliate ID can be found in the welcome e-mail you received when you signed up to JIAN affiliate program. All of our customer service representatives are trained to ask for the customer’s promo code (your unique affiliate ID), when entering an order into our system.

Q. Do your websites use cookies?
A. Yes. Our website uses cookies that do not expire from your referred customer’s computer. When your referred customer signs up for one of our free e-newsletters, they become your lead in our database. If in the future your lead purchases Profit Center products, you will earn the stated affiliate commissions.

Q. Why do I have to enter my Social Security or Tax ID # to sign up?
A. You are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number upon registration. JIAN will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities or a 1042-s for all foreign entities to whom we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more.

Q. How do I change my street address or my e-mail address?
A. Login to your affiliate control panel from the JIAN website. Then select Account Profile. You will be able to update your account information from that screen. Be sure to hit save when you are done.

Q. What if I forget my password?
A. From the affiliate log-in screen on the JIAN website, enter your e-mail address in the box provided and we’ll e-mail you your password


Q. What do I do if I haven’t I received my commission check?
A. If you are due a commission for the previous month’s sales and have not received it by the end of the next month, please send an e-mail to affiliates@jian.com so we can assist you.
