Missing File: "THREED.VBX
This file is not actually missing...
(but that's the error message you got...)
SafetyPlanBuilder is compressed for downloading and you need to use WinZip to decompress it.
Please visit www.winzip.com and download their free trial version of WinZip.
Once that is installed, click on the SafetyPlanBuilder icon to install.
It should install easily right away.
